Shipping options will be made available upon the completion of your information submission. By selecting the "edit" option for shipping, you may choose from the available alternatives.
Shipping will take place weekly from my local post office. You will receive a notification via email or text message once your package has been dispatched. For international shipping, please provide your address, and I will furnish an estimate of the shipping costs.
**Returns Policy for Autumn Amber Roses**
Please be advised that I do not accept returns or exchanges for terrariums. I cannot influence the operations of the postal service; however, you may purchase insurance for your package at an additional fee. If the package arrives damaged, this matter is beyond my control. In the event of damage to the terrarium, a discount of 25% will be offered should you choose not to return the item.
**Returns Policy for Autumn Amber Moon**
Clothing may be returned provided that the tags remain attached and there are no marks or traces of pet hair. Upon receipt of the returned item, a discount will be applied. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and it is advisable to obtain tracking for your package.
**Exchanges**
If you wish to exchange clothing for a different size, please contact us via email and return the item at your own expense. Once we have confirmed that there are no marks or pet hair and that the tags remain on the item, we will proceed with shipping the requested size. Again, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
